How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will be a vital part of our clinical team, supporting the needs of both patients and doctors. We provide extensive support and training, ensuring your success regardless of your prior experience level. We are dedicated to internal promotion, helping you expand your career and life opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
- Manage infection control, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
- Support patient charting for Doctors, accurately documenting patient information and treatment plans.
- Perform various office tasks as necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of the practice.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and a positive experience.
Qualifications:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in the dental field. Ideal candidates will possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice. We provide paid training for this.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-cared for.
- A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.
