What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Support: Assist doctors during a wide range of treatment procedures.
• Operatory Management: Set up and efficiently break down operatories after each treatment.
• Infection Control: Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain high safety standards.
• Documentation: Support accurate patient charting for Doctors.
• Office Operations: Perform various essential office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Experience: No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds, and a genuine commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the dental field.
