Compensation & Job Type

• Salary: $18 – $20 / hour
• Job Type: Part-Time (Two days a week with optional openings in sister locations for more hours.)

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. You will receive the support and training needed to succeed, regardless of your current level of expertise. We are committed to promoting from within, allowing you to expand your career and life. • Assisting during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Setting up and breaking down operatory post-treatment.
• Managing infection control – preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Supporting patient charting for Doctors.
• Performing various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborating with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
