What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.
• Data Interpretation: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and analytical tools.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Insight Communication: Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree; welcomes recent Master’s graduates without prior technical experience.
• Experience: None explicitly required; candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn data visualization tools; excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
