What You’ll Actually Do
• Collect & Prepare Data: Collect, clean, and organize raw data to prepare it effectively for thorough analysis.
• Analyze & Interpret: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data using statistical and analytical tools.
• Visualize & Report: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Inform Decisions: Present clear and concise data insights to assist various teams in making data-driven decisions.
• Ensure Data Quality: Validate and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and maintain consistency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, suitable for an Entry-Level Data Analyst role.
• Experience: No prior technical experience is required, but a willingness to learn data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is essential.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, and keen attention to detail.
• Bonus: Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for database querying, and knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R.
