What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize various datasets to prepare them accurately for analysis.
• Insight Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data using statistical and analytical tools.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop insightful dashboards, compelling visualizations, and comprehensive reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Decision Support: Assist cross-functional teams and stakeholders in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their specific data requirements and deliver effective analytical solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s degree is required, with an open invitation for recent graduates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including those without prior technical experience.
• Experience: Candidates must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a demonstrated willingness to learn advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. U.S. work authorization is also a requirement for all candidates.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases, and knowledge of statistical concepts or programming tools like Python or R.
