What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Prepare data for analysis by collecting, cleaning, and organizing it.
• Insight Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and analytical tools.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Decision Support: Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, including recent graduates without prior technical experience, for an entry-level position.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and U.S. work authorization are required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for database querying, or knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R.
