Job Title: Entry Level Customer Service Representative – Work From Home

Job Type & Location
- This is a Contract to Hire position, offering a Permanent Work from Home Opportunity once converted.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must live in Phoenix, AZ or the surrounding area.
- While the employer of record is based out of Cave Creek, AZ, this is a a fully remote position for those within the specified geographic area.
Job Functions
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
- Assisting guests with booking new reservations or updating prior requests.
- Handling all general questions or inquiries related to hotel accommodations.
Equipment Provided
- All necessary equipment will be provided by the client.
- You are required to have reliable High Speed Internet at your home.
- The client will provide a $50 monthly stipend towards internet expenses.
Pay Structure
- Standard Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Evening Premium: $18.70 per hour for all hours worked after 6:00 PM.
- Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn an additional $200-400 per month for consistently hitting performance goals.
Shift Requirements
- Must be able to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday.
- Availability to work weekends is mandatory.
- Available shift ranges from which an 8-hour shift will be assigned include:
- AM Shift: 8 hours within the window of 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- MID Shift: 8 hours within the window of 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM.
- PM Shift: 8 hours within the window of 12:30 PM – Midnight.
