• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about our products, services, and company policies, ensuring customers have a clear understanding.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our database system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
