What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Deposit Transactions: Meticulously process a variety of deposit transactions, including those related to Demand Deposits, Savings Deposits, and Time Deposits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking procedures.
• Facilitate Check Clearing: Efficiently handle both inwards and outwards check clearing services, playing a key role in the timely settlement of funds for clients and maintaining operational fluidity.
• Process Remittance Services: Execute both domestic and international remittance transactions, ensuring the secure, accurate, and timely transfer of funds across different geographies and financial institutions for corporate clients.
• Provide Account Services: Deliver comprehensive account opening and ongoing maintenance services for corporate clients, addressing their inquiries, updating records, and ensuring all account details are managed effectively to support their diverse banking needs.
• Administer Foreign Exchange: Process foreign exchange (FX) deals and manage all associated payments, contributing significantly to the bank’s international transaction capabilities and supporting global client service offerings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, which is a foundational academic requirement for this entry-level career opportunity within the corporate banking domain.
• Experience: Possess 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally gained in a similar banking operations or financial services position where transactional accuracy and client support were paramount.
• Skills: Demonstrate foundational skills in transactional processing, meticulous attention to detail in account management, proficiency in handling various payment executions, and a clear understanding of check clearing operations within a banking environment.
• Bonus: Proficiency in either Mandarin or Cantonese is considered a significant advantage, offering additional capabilities for engaging with and supporting a diverse client base.
