What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Living Support: Provide essential assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, mobility, transfers, feeding, and light meal preparation for clients.
• Emotional Well-being: Offer companionship, engage clients in meaningful conversations, and participate in enjoyable activities to foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere.
• Health Monitoring: Maintain vigilant observation of clients’ physical and emotional states, and accurately report any significant changes in health, behavior, mood, or condition.
• Care Plan Adherence: Strictly follow individualized care plans for each client and proactively maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment to prevent accidents.
• Family Engagement: Foster open, honest, and empathetic communication with clients and their families, providing updates and listening to concerns to ensure a collaborative care network.
