What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather Requirements: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze Processes: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Document Solutions: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Guide Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Manage Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
• Support Testing: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables.
• Research Best Practices: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree; this is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates.
• Experience: Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for partnering with stakeholders and collaborating with technical teams; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
