What You’ll Actually Do
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. Entry-level role for recent graduates in business and technology consulting.
• Experience: Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting, familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI, basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
