What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. Career level: Entry-level for recent Master’s graduates without prior technical experience. U.S. work authorization required.
• Experience: No prior technical experience required for recent Master’s graduates. Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall; highly organized.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
