What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Document: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, suitable for entry-level candidates without prior technical experience.
• Experience: No specific years required; U.S. work authorization is mandatory, with H1B sponsorship and F1/OPT applications welcomed.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
