What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, suitable for recent graduates eager to thrive in business and technology consulting.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, but candidates must have U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools, familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting, familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI, or basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
