Position Overview

We are hiring an Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician to contribute to creating our patients’ smiles. This position involves hands-on work and requires a commitment to excellence and efficiency.

Training

This position requires 5 months of hands-on training. Training will take place at one of Nuvia Dental Implant Center’s training centers located in:

• Utah
• Texas
• Florida
• New Orleans, LA lab

Travel expenses will be covered for the duration of your training if traveling is required. This includes flights, living accommodations, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required processes to create patients’ smiles within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Complete work on or before assigned deadlines.
• Manage time efficiently and effectively prioritize cases.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Center Manager, Assistant Manager, Design and Cam departments, and the rest of the Lab team.
• Assist with light lifting tasks such as moving chairs, desks, and boxes as needed (no heavy lifting).

Work Schedule

• Shifts: Monday – Friday
• Shift Start Times: Between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Shift Duration: All shifts are 8.5 hours in duration
• Must be willing to work overnight or during the day if needed.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Willingness to work overnight or during the day shifts as required.
• Professional presentation, adhering to Nuvia’s dress code.
• Willingness to travel to the closest center for on-site training.
