Compensation & Training:

• Starting Pay: $15/hour
• Pay after Training: $28.85/hour

This entry-level position requires 5 months of hands-on training. Training will take place at one of Nuvia Dental’s dedicated training centers in Utah, Texas, or Florida, or at the main Austin, TX lab. For those traveling for training, Nuvia Dental covers all associated travel expenses for the duration of your training, including flights, living accommodations, and transportation.

About the Role & Nuvia Dental:

As an Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician, you will report directly to the Center Manager. Nuvia Dental is experiencing rapid growth and consistently receives high-rate reviews, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help us maintain this momentum! Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Dental Lab Technician, contributing to the creation of our patients’ new smiles within a 24-hour turnaround!

• Shifts are 8.5 hours in duration, Monday – Friday, with start times between 5 AM and 8 AM.
• Perform all assigned processes to create high-quality dental prosthetics.
• Ensure all work is finished accurately and on or before the assigned deadlines.
• Manage time efficiently and effectively prioritize cases to meet production goals.
• Maintain excellent communication with the Central Manager, Assistant Manager, Design and CAM departments, and the entire Lab team.
• Assist with light lifting as needed, such as moving chairs, desks, and boxes (no heavy lifting required).

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work overnight or during the day shifts as required.
• Professional presentation in adherence to Nuvia’s dress code policy.
• Ability and willingness to travel to the closest training center for on-site training.
