Training Program

This position includes a comprehensive 5-month hands-on training program designed to equip you with all the necessary skills. Training will take place at one of our dedicated training centers located in Utah, Texas, Florida, or our Providence, RI lab.

Travel Expense Coverage: If travel is required for your training, Nuvia Dental will cover all travel expenses for the duration of your training, including flights, living accommodations, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dental Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in creating our patients’ smiles in an efficient 24-hour turnaround process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing all required processes assigned to fabricate dental prosthetics.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on or before the assigned time.
• Managing time effectively and prioritizing cases to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining excellent communication with the Central Manager, Assistant Manager, Design and Cam departments, and the rest of the Lab team.
• Assisting with light lifting tasks such as chairs, desks, and boxes as needed (no heavy lifting required).

Shifts operate Monday through Friday, are 8.5 hours in duration, and typically start between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Willingness to work overnight or during the day as needed.
• Professional presentation, adhering to Nuvia’s dress code.
• Ability to travel to the closest center for on-site training.
