• Maintain: Conduct light maintenance on vehicles.
• Check: Execute fluid checks on vehicles.
• Inspect: Perform initial inspections on vehicles to identify imperfections or repairs needed during reconditioning.
• Support: Contribute to the overall mission of delivering exceptional vehicles to customers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with experience in automotive repair.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
• Skills:
• Operational: Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Situational: Capacity to work effectively in a production environment, adaptable to changing conditions and weather.
• Safety: Willingness to use required safety equipment, including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, and masks.
• Communication: Competence to read, write, speak, and understand English.
