This is an entry-level position at Carvana, located in our Inspection Centers across multiple nationwide locations. Carvana is the fastest-growing used automotive retailer, redefining the car buying experience by meticulously inspecting and perfecting every vehicle before it is sold. These roles are crucial for upholding Carvana’s high quality standards, ensuring vehicles are prepared for display and delivery, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience. The TL;DR
• Role: Entry Career
• Location: Multiple locations nationwide (In-person)
• Pay: $17–$18 hourly
• Mission: Ensure Carvana’s vehicles are meticulously inspected, perfected, and prepared for customers according to high quality standards.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Detailer: Detail vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
• Lot Attendant: Move vehicles from one department to the next within the Inspection Centers.
• Photobooth Associate: Capture high-quality photos of vehicles for website display, creating interactive 360-degree spinners.
• Inspection Associate: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level understanding of automotive operations.
• Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; strong attention to detail for vehicle appearance and defect identification; adaptability to production demands and changing environments; proficiency in English (read, write, speak, and understand).
