What You’ll Actually Do
• Expert Identification and Vetting: Proactively identify, screen, and vet a diverse pool of subject matter experts, rigorously assessing their credibility to ensure clients are connected with genuine authorities rather than unreliable sources. This involves ensuring the expert’s proficiency is not based solely on self-promotion, providing a crucial filter for quality.
• Client-Expert Connection: Facilitate rapid and efficient connections between AlphaSights’ clients and the most suitable experts, leveraging the latest technology to ensure seamless communication and knowledge exchange, enabling clients to gain insights as quickly as possible.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end process of client projects, from initial query to expert engagement, contributing to AlphaSights’ impressive track record of completing over 90% of projects within a two-day timeframe and achieving a 97% client re-engagement rate.
• Strategic Operational Support: Contribute to the essential internal infrastructure and functions that underpin AlphaSights’ global operations, encompassing roles within accounting, people operations (human resources), DevOps engineering, and web design, all crucial for the efficient delivery of services.
• Market Intelligence Facilitation: Play a key part in enabling investors, deal-makers, and strategists to acquire specific market intelligence and deep domain knowledge, helping them to make informed decisions and gain a competitive edge in their respective fields.

The Must-Haves
• Background: The company actively seeks individuals for Entry Level Analyst positions, indicating a welcoming environment for those who are beginning their careers, including graduates from various academic years beyond 2014. For other specialized roles currently available, such as Accounts Payable Associate, DevOps Engineer, People Operations Analyst, and Web Designer, a foundational background in their respective domains—be it finance, engineering, human resources, or design—is a primary requirement.
• Experience: For Entry Level Analyst roles, the emphasis is on potential and readiness for professional development, with specific links provided for non-2014 graduates, suggesting flexibility regarding years of prior professional experience.
