Entry Level Account Manager

Instep Management Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to support the growth of our Frontier Communications campaign.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in account management, customer relations, business development, and sales while working directly with customers. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will help customers learn about Frontier Fiber, guide them through available service options, and support a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, people-focused, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No extensive industry background is needed — we provide hands-on training and development to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers to introduce Frontier Fiber services and answer questions
• Help customers choose the service option that best fits their needs
• Support account setup and ensure a smooth enrollment experience
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and helpful communication
• Maintain accurate account and customer records
• Follow up with customers as needed to support satisfaction and account success
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet campaign goals
• Develop skills in account management, customer engagement, and consultative sales

• Organized with good follow-up and time management habits
• Previous customer service, sales, or account support experience is a plus, but not required
