What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Building: Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong relationships built on trust and excellent service.
• Needs Assessment & Solutions: Identify and understand client needs, then develop and present tailored solutions that align with their specific business goals.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations through proactive engagement.
• Account Growth & Acquisition: Drive account growth through strategic upselling opportunities and actively pursue new account acquisition to expand the client base.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, communications, and sales activities using the CRM system.
