Job Description:
This role is with RippleMatch’s partner companies. RippleMatch partners with hundreds of companies looking to hire top talent and this listing is for opportunities at these partner companies. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join various engineering teams at our partner companies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and improvement of products, working alongside experienced engineers and making a real impact.
Responsibilities May Include:
• Assisting in the design, development, and improvement of new and existing products.
• Working on complex projects involving multiple components.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Providing project updates.
• Applying engineering principles in a practical, hands-on way.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous internship or hands-on project experience in product design or manufacturing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of product development processes including design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Familiarity with engineering software tools such as CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply engineering principles.
