This is a 3-4 month paid learning experience designed to provide interns with valuable industry exposure and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to connect with other interns, engage with leaders, and work alongside passionate professionals dedicated to your development. From day one, you will contribute your ideas, build meaningful skills, and participate in hands-on projects that make a real impact on our business and the world around us.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting with various research, testing, and evaluations.
• Processing documentation and conducting data analysis.
• Conducting manufacturing audits.
• Attending department, team, and project meetings as necessary.
• Assisting with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing.
• Collaborating with other engineers, teams, and departments.

What You Bring:

You possess the ability to identify problems and conceptualize effective solutions. You combine design expertise with hands-on experience to prototype solutions for various manufacturing issues. You are a collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with others across the organization to achieve optimal solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in one of the following fields:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Supply Chain
  • Bioengineering
  • Petroleum Engineering
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Or a related engineering field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or product design.
• Skills or coursework in areas such as:
  • CAD/3D modeling
  • Machining
  • Data analysis
  • Lean/continuous improvement
  • Automation
• Anticipated Graduation of May 2027.

Compensation:
