This is a 3-4 month paid learning experience designed to provide interns with valuable industry exposure and professional growth. From day one, you will contribute your ideas, build meaningful skills, and participate in hands-on projects that make a real impact on our business and the world around us.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various research, testing, and evaluations.
- Processing documentation and conducting data analysis.
- Conducting manufacturing audits.
- Attending department, team, and project meetings as necessary.
- Assisting with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing.
- Collaborating with other engineers, teams, and departments.
What You Bring:
You possess the ability to identify problems and conceptualize effective solutions. You combine design expertise with hands-on experience to prototype solutions for various manufacturing issues. You are a collaborative team player, capable of working effectively with others across the organization to achieve optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in one of the following fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Bioengineering
- Petroleum Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
- Or a related engineering field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or product design.
- Skills or coursework in areas such as:
- CAD/3D modeling
- Machining
- Data analysis
- Lean/continuous improvement
- Automation
- Anticipated Graduation of May 2027.
