Job Description: Engineering Intern
About the Role:
The Engineering Intern will provide manufacturing technical support and execute capital projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing options and recommendations for manufacturing process systems
• Collaborating with other engineers
• Providing assistance on defined problems
• Communicating progress and results
• Acquiring working knowledge of processing principles, operating systems, and project management
• Supporting key strategies and programs across the enterprise
• Leveraging subject matter expertise to drive continuous improvement and technology
• Providing technical and economic support to other groups within THS
• Keeping current with and championing implementation of the latest technology and commercial applications
• Collaborating with Plant/TMOS/Reliability teams and Vendors
Important Details:
• This is a summer internship position located at one of their manufacturing facilities.
• The specific location will be determined at the time of offer.
• The internship is expected to start in 2025.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least two years completed (Junior and/or Senior)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams to drive improved performance
