Job Description: Engineering Intern
This internship provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers on a pivotal project within the Jubilant HollisterStier facility. Interns will contribute to the ideation, design, development, and implementation of innovative equipment. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and opportunities to enhance engineering skills.
Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical engineering duties such as CAD layout, light fabrication and assembly, testing, and production support.
• Assist in component fabrication and testing.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on design activities.
• Independently handle part design to completion.
• Work with tooling vendors on Design For Manufacturing (DFM).
• Write test protocols and execute testing.
• Utilize analytical tools as needed.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Other duties as assigned.
