Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on experience in Design, IT, and Electrical engineering projects, providing exposure to real-world engineering challenges, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers with design, testing, and documentation of projects.
  • Support IT, electrical, or design initiatives, including troubleshooting, coding, or schematic development as applicable.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct research and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Follow company standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related Engineering field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD, electrical design tools, SolidWorks, or programming languages a plus.
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a professional engineering environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site daily.
  • Hours vary based on company needs.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is budgeted at $18.00-$22.00 per hour, with the potential for overtime if worked over 40 hours. The actual base salary depends on various factors and may fall above or below the range, depending on the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value of the position and provides opportunities for associates to progress as they grow and develop within the role.
