Engineering Internship Program at Koch

This 12-week internship program runs from late May to mid-August 2025 and offers a variety of opportunities for engineering students to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Program Highlights:

Real-World Experience: Interns work alongside experienced engineers to solve real problems and gain practical experience.
Innovation Focus: Internship projects focus on improving product quality, process efficiency, and equipment reliability, with a strong emphasis on compliance, safety, and health.
Learning & Development: Interns learn about Koch’s unique Principle-Based Management culture, participate in case studies with interns from other disciplines, and take part in the Innovation Challenge.
