Engineering Internship at Koch
This 12-week internship program, running from late May to mid-August 2025, offers aspiring engineers the chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world projects. Interns are assigned to one of Koch’s numerous U.S. locations, typically within a manufacturing facility.

• Support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance.
• Focus on compliance, safety, and health.
• Participate in Koch’s unique Principle-Based Management culture.
• Collaborate with interns from other disciplines on case studies.
• Contribute to the Innovation Challenge.
• Work alongside experienced engineers to solve real problems and improve products and services.

# Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program).
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
