Engineering Internship at Koch

This 12-week internship program runs from late May to mid-August 2025 and offers an opportunity to launch your engineering career at Koch. You’ll gain practical experience, learn about the company’s unique Principle-Based Management culture, and contribute to real projects.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Gain hands-on experience: You’ll be assigned to a manufacturing facility and work alongside experienced engineers to solve real problems, improve products, and enhance processes.
Develop your skills: You’ll learn about innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, quality assurance, and compliance, safety, and health.
Network and learn: You’ll collaborate with interns from different disciplines on case studies and participate in the Innovation Challenge, expanding your knowledge and building connections.
Gain insights into the company culture: You’ll get to understand the unique values and principles that drive Koch’s success.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, etc.)
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
