Job Description: Engineering Internship
Koch Inc. offers a 12-week internship program running from late May to mid-August 2025 that provides hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines.
As an Engineering Intern, you will:
• Work in a manufacturing facility in one of several U.S. locations.
• Support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance.
• Focus on compliance, safety, and health.
• Gain exposure to Koch’s unique Principle-Based Management culture.
• Partner with interns from other disciplines on case studies.
• Participate in the Innovation Challenge.
• Work alongside experienced engineers to solve real problems and offer insights that benefit society.

Qualifications:
• Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.).
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Compensation:
The compensation range for this role is estimated based on market data and may vary depending on individual experience and location.
