The Internship Opportunity
Koch offers a 12-week internship program running from late May to mid-August 2025, consistently ranked among the top 100 internship programs in the U.S. by WayUp. This in-person program offers aspiring engineers nationwide an opportunity to:
• Gain real-world experience: Work alongside experienced engineers in various Koch companies and locations, solving real problems and contributing to product and service improvements.
• Develop valuable skills: Learn about Koch’s unique Principle-Based Management culture, participate in case studies with interns from other disciplines, and contribute to the Innovation Challenge.
• Launch your engineering career: This program provides a foundation for future engineering careers within Koch, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.
Job Description
Engineering Interns at Koch will contribute to:
• Innovation: Help develop new ideas and solutions for existing products and processes.
• Process efficiency: Analyze and improve operational processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Equipment reliability: Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of equipment to ensure consistent performance.
• Quality assurance: Help ensure the quality and consistency of products and services.
• Compliance, safety, and health: Contribute to upholding high standards for workplace safety and compliance.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Currently enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program).
