We believe a critical component to success is through intentional, people-centered program and process design with a focus on creating impactful moments that matter. We are looking for an intern who is interested in continuing to use and develop design thinking principles to create exceptional employee experiences by helping design, support, implement, and evaluate experience initiatives. Our Experience team designs programs across the career journey from candidate to alumni and across the three elements of experience – Organizational, Social and Work Experience.
This position is located in Dallas, TX, supporting our Human Resources team and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or at a show site.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge of experience methodologies such as design thinking, journey mapping, and the employee lifecycle.
- Able to exercise creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion to drive our culture, inclusivity, and focus on creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Positive and resourceful with a get-it-done attitude.
- Exercise strong project management and organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Able to find innovative and creative ways to approach employee experience.
- Have strong technology knowledge and capability to leverage technology to reduce friction in the experience.
- Available to work for 10 weeks during the summer of 2026.
Education & Experience
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Junior, Senior, or recently Graduated student.
