What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Data Management: Work with financial data to support client deliverables and reporting across various business segments.
• Benefit Plan Evaluation: Review insurance renewals and evaluate new business proposals to help clients make informed benefit decisions.
• Performance Analysis: Prepare market reviews, funding projections, and claims utilization analyses to evaluate plan performance.
• Cost Savings Identification: Help identify cost-saving opportunities using analytical tools and support negotiations related to premium rates and benefit plan features.
• Client Communication: Turn analytical findings into clear, client-ready summaries that highlight observations and key findings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Earned a bachelor’s degree within the past two years.
• Experience: Comfortable working with data in Excel, including building tables and analyzing information, and managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Skills: Enjoys solving problems and thinking critically, pays attention to detail to produce accurate work, communicates clearly and works well with others, and is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
