What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation: Rotate through key business functions including warehouse operations, sales, project management, marketing, and corporate services.
• Projects: Gain practical experience and complete impactful business projects across diverse areas of the company.
• Relationships: Build and foster relationships with leaders throughout Viking Electric and the broader Sonepar group.
• Skill Development: Develop essential skills needed to launch a long-term career within the electrical distribution industry.
• Presentations: Present strategic recommendations and influence business decisions, culminating in a capstone project with executive leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; recent college graduate.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0; valid driver’s license; ability to travel occasionally as needed.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest in a career within sales, operations, marketing, or business leadership.
