Job Description: Email Campaign Intern
This is a 12-week, full-time (40 hours/week) summer internship on the Performance Marketing team. The intern will work closely with digital marketers to improve email campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining customers for Atlassian products. The role focuses on impacting how millions of users interact with the Atlassian brand.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with email strategy projects that are driving changes in the Atlassian email messaging experience.
• Learning and helping document an email marketing program supporting hundreds of partners.
• Gaining exposure to how emails are developed by various business teams and understanding different use cases.
• Contributing to the creation of hundreds of emails per month sent to millions of contacts to boost product awareness, adoption, and revenue.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (marketing, business, or a related field) and returning to school after the internship, with graduation expected by June 2026.
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for digital marketing.
Compensation:
Compensation varies based on location and experience, falling within these hourly ranges:
• Zone A: $35/hr – $40/hr
• Zone B: $32/hr – $36/hr
• Zone C: $29/hr – $33/hr
Additional benefits may include bonuses, commissions, and equity. Specific pay zone and location should be confirmed with a recruiter. The company strives for equitable and explainable compensation, aiming to hire most candidates near the higher end of the baseline range.
