• Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction:
  • Familiarity with elementary math standards for grades one through five.
  • Awareness of common challenges students face, such as regrouping in subtraction, understanding fractions as parts of a whole, and memorizing multiplication facts.
  • Ability to adapt instruction using diverse tools like base-ten blocks, fraction strips, games, and multi-sensory approaches to support young learners at varying developmental readiness levels.
