TRY IT OUT! The BEST way to know what we’re all about is to try it out for yourself. We JUST launched in the iOS app store and the response has been absolutely electric, confirming that we’re on the cusp of something very special.

Why we’re doing/building this?
Because we have apps on apps to find love, get married, and even get divorced, but nothing when it comes to the most important part: staying in your relationship.
For that our choices are:
- Letting Jesus take the wheel on Reddit/ChatGPT
- Trauma dumping on friends and family who are just as lost as you are
- Getting lucky to find a therapist who you have to pay $200/session for
INSANE. We’re building a world with cupl where “we drifted apart” or a 50% divorce rate are things of the past.
About us (The Team)
cupl is led by a seasoned team that knows what it takes to build products touching the lives of millions:
- CEO: Harvard grad who built TikTok’s first AI features and took Walmart Grocery from 35M –> 17B
- CTO: sold his last (AI) company to one of the biggest providers in Latin America
- CMO: managed some of the biggest social accounts (10MM+ followers) and budgets, building community and distribution along the way.
The Internship: Early-Stage Growth & Outreach Intern
We’re looking for entrepreneurial, sales-minded interns who get energized by conversations that introduce a new product to the world from the ground up.
You’ll work closely with the founding team and your cohort at the intersection of outreach and early-stage growth. You’ll experiment with different ways to spark interest, start conversations, and get cupl in front of the right people at the right time.
For example, you might:
- Talk with individuals, community leaders, and groups to introduce cupl and encourage interest in trying the app
- Experiment with IRL outreach approaches (clubs, communities, friends, events, etc.)
- Reach out to new people on social media to encourage trying the app
- Share feedback on what resonates, what doesn’t, and what you’re seeing in real-world conversations
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how early-stage startups think about exposure & growth without scripts, quotas, or rigid playbooks.
You may be a fit if you:
- Get it and are excited by the world we’re building with cupl
- Are super comfortable approaching people you do and don’t already know – no experience needed, but being open to this is a must
- Are entrepreneurial – like to start things (maybe your own business?), lead initiatives, or just hustle
- Are able to operate in a remote-first environment:
- This means strong written communication skills, ability to follow async directions, and collaborate with folks who are not right next to you IRL
- Are a proactive self-starter: we won’t be in the business of chasing people
Commitment, Compensation, and Other Important Details:
- UNPAID: with the potential for top performers to join the team in a more permanent fashion once we are more mature.
- Hours: 10-15 hours/week for 3 months
- Meetings: 1 weekly 1 hour meeting, rest of time is flexible
- Work Environment: Fully-remote and async first – most communication outside of the weekly meetings will happen in our very active Slack group
