What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and refining product requirements and user stories.
• Software Development: Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack software applications (UI, API, Data), leveraging AI tools.
• Code Review: Participate in peer reviews of code, solution designs, and configurations.
• Incident Resolution: Help investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline, conferred prior to the start date. This is an early-career technologist role.
• Experience: Internship or academic project experience in software development or AI/ML, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new skills to deliver high-quality software.
• Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, COBOL), basic understanding of software design principles, familiarity with database concepts, familiarity with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Understanding of Agile practices, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with tools like GitHub CoPilot, Azure DevOps, Docker, or Kubernetes, and exposure to AI/ML concepts like prompt engineering, LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI), and AI SDKs (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Semantic Kernel).
