What You’ll Actually Do
• Development: Lead the full lifecycle development of low-latency, high-throughput research and trading systems using C++, C, Java, or Rust.
• Optimization: Build and optimize critical data processing pipelines to ensure reliable access to large, high-quality datasets.
• Tooling: Assist in developing sophisticated tools for back testing, model training, and strategy evaluation.
• Collaboration: Actively collaborate with researchers and traders to deliver robust technical solutions that improve research productivity and trading performance.
• Quality Assurance: Participate diligently in code reviews, comprehensive testing, and detailed documentation to uphold the highest quality standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a closely related STEM field, possessing strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience: Proficiency in one or more core programming languages including C++, C, Python, Java, or Rust, and familiarity with Linux environments.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proven capacity to learn quickly in a collaborative team setting.
