Job Description: Early Career Items Analyst

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Items Analyst to ensure their products are available and ready when customers need them. This role will utilize data-driven solutions to provide the best possible outcomes and lower operating costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure supply support for Lockheed Martin products worldwide by using advanced tools and analytics.
• Locate, deploy, and secure parts on the flight line when customers need them.
• Provide world-class customer service.
• Solve high-level problems with real-world implications.
• Work in a high-tempo, customer-centered environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or Business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• US Citizenship is required for this position as it will require a government security clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically.
• Experience with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.
• Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Location: This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Work Schedule: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Remote Work: The selected candidate will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
