What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Prepare: Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.
• Develop: Assist in developing monthly revenue estimates and variance analyses for leadership reporting.
• Compile: Compile and validate financial information used for regulatory and Medical Loss Ratio reporting.
• Analyze: Analyze revenue, claims, membership, and other key metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently in the final year of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field, or graduated within the last two years. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
• Experience: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA, internship, co-op, or relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, reporting, or analytics, knowledge of U.S. GAAP through coursework or practical experience, intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques, experience with Hyperion SmartView, Essbase, PeopleSoft, or BlackLine, exposure to SQL, SAS, or other data analysis tools, demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
