Job Description:
Marketeq is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Learning / Curriculum Design Intern to join their team. This is a 100% Remote (USA Only), unpaid internship for a duration of 90 days, with a part-time commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
The intern will gain hands-on experience by creating sales training content for IT Account Executives, covering essential sales strategies and processes necessary for successful client interactions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research on various sales strategies and techniques within the IT consulting industry.
• Conduct persona interviews with sales trainers to gather insights and best practices.
• Use affinity mapping to organize data and identify key themes.
• Develop comprehensive sales training materials for IT Account Executives, including but not limited to:
• Needs assessment techniques for IT consulting.
• Client discovery processes.
• Creating and presenting Statements of Work (SOW).
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiation strategies.
• Effective negotiation tactics.
• Procedures for sending invoices and collecting deposits.
• Design engaging and interactive learning modules, including presentations, guides, quizzes, and certification paths.
• Develop and manage content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as iSpring Learn or Relate Systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and training teams to ensure the content aligns with current industry standards and company objectives.
• Revise and update training materials based on feedback from stakeholders and trainees.
• Create and design PowerPoint presentations to support sales training sessions.
Priorities:
1. Moving existing content into the company’s LMS system.
2. Creating new trainings and a final assessment exam for certification.
