The Tone:
This is a temporary, Summer 2026 internship at L’AGENCE, located in Los Angeles, CA. L’AGENCE is a luxury lifestyle brand established in 2008, blending Southern California’s effortless elegance with Parisian chic. The brand offers a versatile wardrobe, including ready-to-wear, denim, footwear, swimwear, belts, and hats, and is globally recognized in prominent retailers. This E-Commerce Intern role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the daily operations of an e-commerce business within the luxury fashion industry. The intern will work cross-functionally, contributing to the accuracy, functionality, and overall customer experience of the brand’s digital platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Website Content & SEO: Oversee daily website operations, including product uploads, content updates, and site audits for accuracy, while also supporting SEO efforts by maintaining consistent metadata across product and landing pages.
• Support Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to assist in the execution of digital campaigns, email launches, and various online initiatives.
• Resolve Operational Issues: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to help troubleshoot and resolve order processing and various operational issues.
• Enhance User Experience: Participate in website quality assurance (QA) testing, bug tracking, and feedback collection processes aimed at improving overall site functionality and user experience.
• Conduct Market Research: Perform competitive research and identify strategic opportunities to enhance digital merchandising and optimize the overall customer experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Fashion, or a related field. This role is for a student seeking practical experience in e-commerce.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively within a fashion environment.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for maintaining website accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is necessary, along with a keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion industry.
• Bonus: Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms is a plus for this role.
