Creator Operation Manager Intern (TikTok Shop – Operations) | TikTok
The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok is a leading global short-form mobile video platform with offices worldwide, and its mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The company is actively building its e-commerce ecosystem in the US. This role contributes to scaling TikTok Shop’s presence by fostering merchant and creator growth, helping to establish TikTok as a leading commerce channel.

• Pay: $23.75 hourly
• Team: TikTok Shop US operation team, responsible for building e-commerce partnerships.
• Mission: Scale creator-driven commerce on TikTok Shop by managing key accounts and fostering partnerships to deliver a unique customer experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Management: Oversee key accounts’ business performance on TikTok Shop and enable their sustained growth within the platform’s ecosystem.
• Content Development: Increase the stable supply of live shopping content by improving the involvement of high potential creator talents.
• Partnership Facilitation: Serve as a link between creators, partners, and sellers to identify potential business opportunities.
• Strategy Guidance: Offer insights, product recommendations, and guidance on growth and development strategies to merchants, informed by data analysis and current trends.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve significant challenges in business growth through strong collaboration with various cross-functional teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s Degree.
• Experience: Ability to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
• Skills: Independent work, effective time management for multiple sensitive initiatives, clear communication, negotiation, and driving collaborations between different partners.
• Bonus: Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to a degree program, quick learner who adapts to changing business needs, creative approach to educating sellers on growth, strong documentation and presentation skills, attention to detail, familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms.
