Document Control Coordinator | Morgner Construction Management Corp.

This position is essential for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, organization, and accessibility of all program documentation. It directly contributes to ensuring compliance with established program procedures and document control standards across various administrative functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• System Support: Provide daily assistance to the Document Control Manager for the administration and maintenance of the program’s document control system.
• Document Processing: Process, review, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing project documentation according to established procedures.
• Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project records.
• Records Organization: Maintain, organize, archive, and retrieve both electronic and hard-copy project documents using the DocView system.
• Compliance & Requests: Manage contract and invoice documentation, and prepare responses to Public Information Requests by locating and organizing necessary records.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of administrative support experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in data entry, document processing, filing, and records management, including working with contracts, invoices, and maintaining project records.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat), coupled with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Bonus: Prior administrative experience specifically in document control or records management, and experience using DocView or a comparable document management system.
