Role Title: Disneyland Resort Costuming Project Analyst Industrial Engineering Intern, Spring 2026

About the Role & Program:
This is a full-time internship focused on Industrial Engineering within the Disneyland Resort Costuming organization. The intern will operate autonomously on project assignments, aiming to identify, develop, and analyze improvement opportunities that will increase efficiency within the Costuming department.

Location & Duration:
Location: Anaheim, CA area.
Duration: January 2026 – June 2026 (approximately 6 months).

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
• Provide consultative support by performing various analyses, including:
Layout optimization.
Workload planning.
Inventory forecasting.
Productivity studies.
• Other industrial engineering projects.
Project management.
Recognize and implement process improvements aimed at reducing fiscal spending and/or increasing operational efficiency.
Build relationships and interact with all levels of Cast Members, from front-line staff to executives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and handle confidential information.
• Ability to learn new software applications and analytical tools.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated initiative and drive.
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization software, such as:
• Excel
• Smartsheet
• Tableau
• Power BI
• SSRS
• SQL

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and/or experience with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
Critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of the project life cycle.

Education:
• Currently earning a college/university degree in one of the following fields:
• Industrial Engineering
• Project Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Inventory Management
• Data Science
• A related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree and taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: May only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information:
• Able to maintain a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
• Fully available to work full-time (40 hours per week) from January 2026 – June 2026.
• Fully available Monday – Friday, with occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on project needs.
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Anaheim, CA area.
• Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work.
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour in CA.
