The Tone:
This is an internship at IntelliTrade.live, a remote opportunity. IntelliTrade.live is an AI-assisted options-trading platform committed to radical transparency, publishing real trades, gains, and losses publicly. This role is vital for fostering a vibrant and engaged community, serving as the primary point of contact for members within the Discord platform. The Community Growth Lead will be instrumental in nurturing interaction and expanding the paid subscriber base for the startup.

• Mission: Own and grow the IntelliTrade.live Discord community, fostering engagement and converting free members into paid subscribers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboard & Support Members: Welcome new arrivals, set up their access, answer questions, and share important announcements to keep everyone informed.
• Maintain Community Engagement: Keep all channels active and organized, manage member roles, perform light moderation, and ensure consistent interaction within the Discord.
• Share Regular Updates: Post frequent updates, starting with manual input and transitioning to scheduled or API-driven posts over time.
• Facilitate Live Trading: Provide support for running and growing the dedicated live trading channel within Discord.
• Drive Paid Membership: Work to convert engaged free members into paid subscribers, contributing directly to the growth of the platform.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student with an interest in community management and engagement.
• Experience: Some exposure to Discord or similar community platforms like Slack or Telegram, where you have helped manage members or subscribers.
• Skills: A friendly, clear communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people; reliable, organized, and responsive; comfortable with light tooling and willing to learn automation/API posting.
• Bonus: Interest in trading, markets, or fintech is a plus, though not required as you will learn on the job.
